It has become increasingly evident that researchers find themselves
faced with exponentially growing amount of published information in
scientific literature.
This information is not very often fully leveraged into significant
productivity gains because the task of knowledge management remains one
of the greatest unmet needs. As such, it creates a significant barrier to
scientific progress and value creation.
Here, at , we have developed a platform for capturing and structuring knowledge specific to certain
areas in biomedical research from various domains. This platform will prove
useful by completely utilizing the experimental data available which will
increase the likelihood of making novel discoveries and help to decrease the
cost of the experimental work.
